Public transportation, tender for 39 methane-fueled buses in Palermo
AMAT call for proposals, applications by February 13
AMAT Palermo, public transportation company owned by the metropolitan city, has issued an invitation to tender worth 32.5 M for supply of 89 new buses.
The notice, published in the Official Journal of the European Union on January 5, is divided in four lots. Numbers I, II and IV provide for purchasing of a total of 50 diesel buses of different size. In turn lot III, regards 39 methane-fueled vehicles including full service maintenance for the period of six years with a possible renewal for further six years.
The time limit for submitting proposals is February 13.
