Gas pipeline capacity contracts, ENTSOG’s consultation

Comments on terms and conditions templates by April 30

20180416_1.jpgOn Thursday he European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas, ENTSOG, launched an online consultation on the templates of the main terms and conditions of gas transmission contracts for the bundled capacity offer, as required by the network code on capacity allocation mechanism (CAM).
Based on the replies to the online consultation, which closes on April 30 this year, ENTSOG will update the templates and will send them over to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). Within three months of receiving the Agency’s feedback, the final version of templates will be published and European TSOs will be able to apply them after the will have been approved by the relevant national regulatory authorities.
