20180709_2.jpgOn Thursday the Ministries of Economic Development and the Environment published the Program of Energy Upgrading of the Central Public Administration (Programma di Riqualificazione energetica della pubblica amministrazione centrale, PREPAC) for 2017.
The programme - drawn up upon completion of the technical examination of the project proposals performed with Enea and GSE as well as the checks of the State Property Office - provides for the financing of 39 projects, of which 7 qualified as “exemplary” for being able to ensure an energy saving of more than 50% compared to the ex-ante annual consumption.
The amount for the programme implementation is of around 39 million euros, which are added to €133.2 m already allocated for the PREPAC programmes for 2014, 2015 and 2016 being in progress.
The programme implementation, underlines a message, will allow for upgrading an overall surface of 1.9 m square meters, with an average annual rate of around 3,25% which is above the minimum level of 3% required by the European Union.
