Acamir issues a call for tender for 35 new CNG buses
Acamir (Agenzia Campana per la Mobilità, le Infrastrutture e le Reti, Mobility, Infrastructure and Networks Agency of Campania) has issued a European call for tender worth almost 40 million euros, divided in three lots, for the purchase of 160 new buses of category M3, class 1, Euro 6, to be used for minimum services of public line haul in the Region of Campania.
In further detail, specifies the call published in the Official Journal of the EU on Tuesday, one of the three lots regards 35 methane-fueled buses of a length between 10.4 and 10.9 meters, of an estimated value of €8.84 M (net of VAT).
Other two lots include 125 diesel fuel buses of a length between 8.6 and 10.9 meters, of an estimated value of €30.1 M (also net of VAT).
The deadline to submit the bids is October 14, 2019.
