Snam on the podium of Webranking 2014 for digital corporate communications
Snam is on the podium of the Webranking research, which evaluates the best Italian companies for digital corporate communications. The Group achieved second place and won the “best improver�? award in the 2014 edition of the survey, conducted by Comprend in collaboration with Lundquist. This year, Snam scored 86.3 points out of 100; in 2013, with 73.5 points, Snam placed fourth. At the top of the ranking is Eni, with 87 points; Telecom Italia is on third position, with 83.3.
Europe’s leading research on digital communications examined corporate websites of 69 Italian listed companies (800 around the world) providing a stress test to evaluate their ability to fulfill rising expectations of stakeholders in terms of transparency and dialogue across digital channels. Referring to Snam’s results, Comprend mentioned “the improvement of Press and Investor Relations sections, a more detailed presentation of the business, a renovated CSR section, a better integration of social networks, a functional and user-friendly website with attention to details�?.
This achievement further confirms the effectiveness of Snam’s dialogue with stakeholders, inspired by transparency, precision and accuracy of contents made available through cutting-edge instruments of web 2.0. The improvements in the Webranking, which numbers Snam among the top 10 companies since 2005, stands as a proof of these continuous efforts.
