The European Commission Vice President for the Energy Union Maroš Šefčovič meets Snam CEO Marco Alverà
Maroš Šefčovič met today in Rome Marco Alverà to discuss the progress of the Energy Union and the contribution Snam is providing to enhance Europe’s security of supply and foster cross-country interconnections.
On International Women’s Day, Snam promotes a campaign in favour of diversity.
The company totaled the highest score ever in the 20th edition of Webranking by Comprend Europe, which focused on the 500 largest European companies.
During the period from 17 to 23 March 2017, Snam acquired n. 378,464 own shares at an average price per share equal to 3.9256 euro, for an aggregate amount of 1,485,697.91 euro.
During the period from 10 to 16 March 2017, Snam acquired n. 10,027,997 own shares at an average price per share equal to 3.8623 euro, for an aggregate amount of 38,730,644.42 euro.
Following the press release published earlier today, Snam (rated Baa1 by Moody’s, BBB by S&P and BBB+ by Fitch) (the “Company”) announces today the successful placement of a EUR 400 million offering of equity-linked bonds (the “Bonds”).
