Snam celebrates 75 years and looks to the future with all its partners
Snam continues with its share buyback programme pursuant to the resolution of the Shareholder Meeting on 11 April 2017, as previously communicated to the market.
Renewable gas used in existing gas infrastructure could play an important role in reducing Europe’s greenhouse gas emissions to net-zero by mid-century, according to a study published today by the Gas for Climate initiative.
During the period from 2 to 8 February 2018, Snam acquired n. 4,260,244 own shares at an average price per share equal to 3.8543 euro, for an aggregate amount of 16,420,160.14 euro.
For the second year in a row Snam topped the digital communication in Europe.
Snam participates in Biogas Italy, an event that brings together the Italian biogas and biomethane sector - the second largest in Europe and the fourth in the world - to take stock of the role of renewable gas from agriculture in the environmental challenges facing our country.
