Snam’s first Workshop entirely dedicated to biomethane took place today in San Donato Milanese. Round 100 people, representing more than 50 between companies and associations, took part in the event, which was opened by Snam’s Commercial Senior Vice President, Daniele Gamba.
Snam is the best Italian company for corporate and financial digital communication. In the Italian Webranking 2016, provided by Lundquist in collaboration with Comprend, Snam achieved 93.6 out of 100 points.
CEO Marco Alverà opened today Snam’s 2016 Suppliers’ Workshop entitled “Environment and innovation, a challenge for everybody”, organized in Milan in collaboration with the local Association of Engineers, as an occasion to meet and discuss a wide range of topics about the company’s supply chain.
During the period from 25 November 2016 to 1 December 2016, Snam acquired n. 4,598,867 own shares at an average price per share equal to 3.5052 euro, for an aggregate amount of 16,120,117.94 euro.
During the period from 16 November 2016 to 24 November 2016, Snam acquired n. 8,033,329 own shares at an average price per share equal to 3.5235 euro, for an aggregate amount of 28,305,099.66 euro.
Italy’s Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water has approved the allowed revenues for 2017 of the transport, dispatching and metering business, which have been set at €1,880 million.
