Biomethane, Confagricoltura: “Strategic chain that looks to innovation and sustainability”

President Giansanti: “Greatly satisfied with declarations of Undersecretary Gava”

“I am greatly satisfied with pointing out to the strategic role of biomethane, renewable, clean and flexible energy in the country’s energy transition.” This is how President of Confagricoltura, Massimiliano Giansanti, commented the recent declarations of Undersecretary for the Environment Vannia Gava. In her opinion the association “has revealed not only the readiness to sort out technical problems, but also the commitment to strongly support this strategic energy production and distribution chain, for the agricultural enterprises that look to innovation, bioeconomy, sustainability and circular economy.”
Confagricoltura, stated Giansanti in a message, considers it “extremely important putting an emphasis on the need to intervene and solve the issues encountered in the process of implementation of the biomethane decree.” The goal, as the President of Confagricoltura indicated in the recent meeting with Undersecretary Gava, is “to effectively develop a national production from agricultural biomass.”
