UNI: the preliminary programme of the UNI-CIG

The event to take place in Milan on June 12-13

scale.jpg“ The central importance of the multi-gas system, already not only a nationwide issue, which with the help of innovative and systemic research offers smart solutions on the course towards decarbonization.” A message informs that it will be the main topic of the 2019 UNI-CIG Forum, scheduled to take place in Milan on June 12-13.
After the welcome speech, Piero Torretta, President of UNI will introduce to the Forum. The plenary session on June 12 will focus on “The New Integrated Energy and Climate Plan 2030” while General Director at UNI, Ruggero Lensi, will speak about “Innovation and Standardization.” Other input regards the energy transition and infrastructure regulation, the energy scenario, the role of renewable gas in the new integrated energy and climate plan and its use, the role of liquefied gas, LPG and LNG.
On the same day, the following parallel sessions will take place: “Smart Grids: The Decisive Role of Enabling Technologies and Cybersecurity” and “The Value of Competences in The Gas Supply Chain.”
In turn the plenary sessions on June 13 will be dedicated to “Innovation and Research in the Multi-Gas System” and “The Safety and Efficiency in the End Uses of Gas.” The Forum will end with a round table that will respond to a great deal of questions about the role of the multi-gas system.
