Long-Term Strategy, consultation prolonged until November 18

“It is important that everyone is involved in the global challenge of decarbonization”< /strong>

The public consultation on the “Strategy of low greenhouse gas emissions development” has been extended until November 18 this year. It was announced by the Ministry of the Environment.
It also explained in a message that a two-week extension of the previous consultation closing time on November 4 was decided “in consideration of the importance of involvement of all stakeholders (citizens, businesses, employees’ associations, branch and professionals’ associations, non-profit organizations, financial institutions, etc.) in a great global challenge of decarbonization.”
The long-term Strategy (with the time horizon to 2050) was defined by the Ministry of the Environment in coordination with the Ministries of Economic Development, Agricultural Policies and Infrastructure, and it will be sent over to the European Commission by the end of 2019.
