Works worth €3.6 million to start in Cagliari. The MoSIM: “The goal is to ensure high energy efficiency of systems and low heat loss”
There has begun the path for the efficiency of judicial structures through the funds of the
National Recovery and Resilience Plans (NRRP). Indeed, the Superintendent of Public Works for
Lazio, Abruzzo and Sardinia, the operational unit of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and
Mobility (MoSIM), has launched the first bidding process to award works contracts for the benefit
of the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with the provisions of a specific measure of the Recovery
Plan. The measure, worth over €3.6 million, concerns the energy efficiency of the Juvenile Court of
Cagliari. A message reads that the MoSIM, in accordance with the principle of Next Generation EU “
Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH), “has set itself the design goal of ensuring high energy efficiency
of plant systems and a low heat loss of the building enclosure in order to reduce operating costs,
allowing for primary energy saving, in line with the rule NZEB “Near Zero Energy Building,” and
reusing/recycling/recovering at least 70% of waste from demolition and removal.”
