Snam again on the podium of Webranking for digital corporate communications

San Donato Milanese, 23 November 2015 – Snam is, for the second year in a row, among the best Italian companies for digital corporate communications. The Group achieved third place in the 2015 edition of the Webranking, led by Comprend in collaboration with Lundquist, scoring 85.9 points out of 100.

The Webranking, one of Europe’s leading surveys on corporate and financial communications, examined corporate websites of the major Italian listed companies, providing a stress test to evaluate their ability to meet the stakeholders’ rising expectations in terms of transparency and dialogue across digital channels. 70 Italian companies (802 around the world) were evaluated this year, among which Snam has distinguished itself by “improving the Governance section, better presenting the Company to jobseekers, and integrating social media�?, as stated in the assessment by Comprend.

This achievement follows the Company’s impressive growth in the Webranking, which numbers Snam among the top 10 Italian companies since 2005, ranking second and third in the last two years respectively. This improvement further confirms the Group’s strong commitment to dialogue with stakeholders through a multiplicity of channels, a key element in an increasingly challenging and competitive business environment.
