Snam launches the Customer Satisfaction transportation, storage and regasification survey 2017

Also this year Snam aims to promote Stakeholder Engagement initiatives, useful to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of the service we provide.

It is available a new Customer Satisfaction survey, with the purpose of evaluating possible evolutions of the offered commercial services for transportation, storage and regasification businesses!

You can answer to our questionnaire by the 7th of December; the data will be analyzed in accordance with the rules about privacy and without any explicit reference to your company. The results of the survey will be published and then analyzed during the workshops in 2018.

The feed back of our customers is important to continue the journey together with the aim to increase the quality of our service.
