Snam and SDGs

The community of states has approved the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, whose essential elements are 17 objectives (SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals), which aim to end poverty, to fight against inequality and to promote economic and social development. They also consider aspects of fundamental importance such as tackling climate change and building peaceful societies by the year 2030.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), officially known as the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" are a set of objectives (17) designed for global development and promoted by the United Nations.
The private sector can also contribute effectively and Snam is committed to make its own contribution. With reference to the strategy and integration of the SDGs in the business model, Snam is particularly active on objectives 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17 while expressing its contribution to all. This happens by means of the Snam Foundation, which is particularly committed to objectives 1, 4, 3, 11, 13 and 17.
