Starting March 1st, 2026, the procedures for managing and creating customer and supplier master data will change. Any changes must therefore be submitted as follows:

 

  • information regarding personal data updates must be submitted exclusively through Support Requests in Jarvis at the following path: Transport Service --> Contracts --> Other
  • any data used for passive billing must first be communicated through the path indicated above and will become valid only once the related ticket has been processed
  • any significant changes to master data (change of administrator, change of registered office, addition or modification of IBAN, etc.) must be communicated promptly, as already specified in the contract

Provisional Allocation and Capacity Booking - Possible disruption due to system updates (13th-15th)

Please be advised that on February 13th, 14th and 15th, there will be some service disruptions, as detailed below, due to updates to our applications.

  • The Provisional Allocation sheet for February 13th,14th,15thand 16th may have reduced reliability levels, with possible impacts on exposure (EPSU). Starting from the days following February 16th, the Provisional Allocation will be recovered retroactively;
  • On February 13th ,14th and 15th, it will not be possible to use the Snam Capacity Portal application, therefore it will not be possible to make Capacity Booking to direct meters. Users who wish to use this feature must open a ticket using the appropriate Jarvis feature at “Transport Service -> Capacity -> Other”,  containing information on the day/meter/capacity (in smc/g) covered by the Capacity Booking. These Capacity Booking will be recovered starting from the days following February 16th ;

 

No impact on daily market operations is expected, except for the processes mentioned above. In any case., Snam will work to ensure the continuity of operational processes.

We would also like to remind you that Snam's commercial assistance service will operate during its usual hours from Monday to Friday.

A Storage Services Counterflow will be offered from February 6th, 2026.

A Storage Services Counterflow will be offered from February 6th, 2026, which provides the implicit allocation of space and withdrawal capacity associated with the Peak and/or Flat Modulation Services valid for the Thermal Storage Year 2026-2027. The service will be offered through short-term auctions, available on the PRISMA platform, daily "day ahead" at 3.30 p.m.
