A group of students in the fifth year of the “Istituto Superiore Cavallotti” of Cassano Magnago (Varese) visited the Snam headquarters of San Donato Milanese to learn about the world of energy and deepen their awareness of the environmental, social and governance issues faced by companies.

The GEI tracks the financial performance of public companies that are committed to improving gender equality through policy development, specific initiatives, and corporate transparency.
Following the announcement on 16 December concerning the start of the share buyback authorized at the Shareholder Meeting of 2 April 2019, Snam announces that, during the period from 14 to 21 January, it has purchased n. 2,635,160 treasury shares at an average price per share equal to 4.8053 euro, for an aggregate amount of 12,662,688.25 euro.
