Every year, Snam promotes numerous initiatives dedicated to students and recent graduates through participation to career days and ad hoc events in collaboration with numerous universities, to name just a few: LUISS Guido Carli, Turin Polytechnic, Milan Polytechnic, MIP, Polytechnic of Bari, Bocconi University, Catholic University, Bicocca University, University of Milan, University of Rende.

Among the most recent initiatives, from 2017 Snam has joined the GROW Generating real opportunities for Women Project promoted by the Luiss Business School with the aim of promoting, supporting and improving the professional development of young female students of the Luiss Business School, with particular attention to inclusion in the world of work and the promotion of a professional career. Within this project, every year Snam participates in the Job Shadowing initiative to give female students involved the opportunity to spend a typical working day with one of our Top Managers and also receive a mentoring session after the day.

Snam intends to consolidate its commitment in the academic world by promoting direct investments for teaching and research and producing results to bring to the attention of the entire country and of the academic, industrial, financial and professional communities. For this reason, from 2018 Snam has decided to start a partnership with the LUISS Guido Carli University which has sanctioned the initiatives for the training of professionals who will work in the field of the energy ecosystem, collecting the challenges of sustainability and renewable sources through sponsorship of a Master of LUISS Business School in Management and Technology, major in Energy Industry and the establishment of a Chair in Energy Economics and Policies aimed at carrying out research project on energy transition.

The internship at Snam

With particular reference to degree courses in Engineering and Economics, Snam offers the opportunity to carry out curricular and extra-curricular internships based on specific needs and / or areas of corporate interest.

The internship at Snam is a training and professionalizing experience that allows students interested in our business, to finally approach the work world thus helping them build their future career path.

Of variable duration, our internship includes moments of in-depth technical analysis and the presence of a company tutor who will support the student in training and professional activities.
