Initiatives for schools
At Snam, we believe that schools represent a precious lever in orientation to the world of work and to spread a culture of inclusion that embraces all diversity. This is why we are committed to various projects in schools throughout the territory.
Our initiatives:
YOUNG ENERGY
Young Energy is the path for transversal skills and orientation, created in collaboration with ELIS, to offer students of some technical institutes the opportunity to get to know our company more closely and to orient themselves in the world of work
P. Boromei, EVP HR&Organization Snam |
The project has several objectives:
- ✓ help students choose the path to take after high school
- ✓ let students meet our company
- ✓ explain Snam's core business and our commitment to the energy transition
- ✓ offer the opportunity for a training experience also through visits to our facilities in the Country.

THE HIGH SCHOOL FOR ECOLOGICAL AND DIGITAL TRANSITION (TRED)
The highschool for ecological and digital transition (abbreviated as "Liceo TRED") is a course of new conception in method and content, developed over four years, which aims to integrate the knowledge of the traditional Italian high school with new technological skills to experience two of the most important challenges of our times as protagonists: the ecological transition and the digital one.
It is an experimental high school promoted by Elis and Snam in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.
CON LA SCUOLA
Con la Scuola is a project carried out in collaboration with LUISS Business School and the ELIS Consortium. It is aimed at teachers and school managers with the aim of contributing to the renewal and evolution of the school as an organization.
INSPIRINGIRLS
Since 2019 we have been sponsors of InspirinGirls, the international campaign promoted by Valore D, which aims to spread awareness of their talent among girls by freeing them from gender stereotypes that often contribute to limiting their ambitions. The project foresees that volunteer women, coming from different sectors and professions, share their professional and life experience with middle school children, thus creating a concrete link between school and the world of work. In the last two years we have participated in the project bringing the testimony of 70 of our "role models" in schools throughout the territory.
