Continuous Type

GNL Italia publishes the methods of communicating LNG delivery programming, reprogramming and the failure to respect these programmes as laid down in chapters 9 and 10 of the Regasification Code, in relation to the continuous regasification capacity allocated.

The following electronic forms have been designed in order to standardize requests and communications between Users and the Terminal.

  • Monthly programming proposal, form A

    This form is used to submit a proposal for the monthly programming of LNG deliveries for the capacities booked at the start of the Thermal Year and during the Thermal Year, exchanged by Users and GNL Italia and between Users, as laid down in paragraph 1.1 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code.

  • Monthly programming proposal, form B

    This form is used to submit a proposal for the monthly programming of LNG deliveries, as laid down in paragraph 1.3 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code, if any of the booked capacity is not used in month M on the basis of the Monthly LNG Delivery Programme defined in month M-2 in accordance with article 6 subsection 1 par. b) of resolution no. 167/05.

  • Bringing forward daily capacities

    This form is to be sent at the same time as the proposal for the monthly programming of LNG deliveries in order to request that the daily capacities due in month M+1 be brought forward to month M, if the User is the holder of two sequences of daily capacities between months M and M+1, as laid down in point 8) of par. 1.2 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code

  • Reprogramming request

    This form is used to request a change of the Planned Arrival Date and/or the quantity of LNG to be unloaded with differences of over 5% and/or a change in the name of the LNG tanker for another with differences of over 5% during month M as laid down in paragraph 2.1 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code.

  • M/M-1 Reprogramming request

    This form is used to request a change of the Planned Arrival Date from month M-1 to month M or from month M to month M-1 in accordance with paragraph 2.2 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code.

  • Exchange of Programmed Arrival Dates for the same user

    This form is used to request an exchange of Planned Arrival Dates between two LNG tankers having differences in the quantities of LNG to be unloaded of less than 5% as laid down in paragraph 2.4 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code.

  • Exchange of Programmed Arrival Dates between two Users

    This form is used to request an exchange of Planned Arrival Dates between two LNG tankers of two different Users having a difference in the quantity of LNG to be unloaded of less than 5% as laid down in paragraph 2.4 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code. The request must be submitted by both Users concerned.

  • Change of tanker

    This form is used to request a change of the LNG tanker due to unload for another tanker having a difference in quantity of LNG of less than 5% as laid down in paragraph 2.5 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code.

  • Failure to unload

    This form is used to communicate the fact that an unload cannot be made as laid down in 1.1.1 of chapter 10 of the Regasification Code.

  • Failure to respect the Acceptance deadline

    This form is used to communicate the fact that the Acceptance deadline cannot be respected in accordance with paragraph 1.2.2 of chapter 10 of the Regasification Code.

  • Acceptance of tanker after the Acceptance deadline

    This form is used to request that the LNG tanker be unloaded after the Acceptance deadline and by 24:00 on the Programmed Arrival Date, as laid down in paragraph 1.5 of chapter 10 of the Regasification Code. This request must be made no later than the day before the Planned Arrival Date.
