GNL Italia publishes the methods of communicating LNG delivery programming activities and the failure to respect them as laid down in chapters 9 and 10 of the Regasification Code, for spot regasification capacity.

The following electronic forms have been designed in order to standardize requests and communications between Users and the Terminal.

  • Spot change of ship

    This form is used to request a change of the LNG tanker to be unloaded for another tanker with a difference in quantity of LNG of less than 5% in accordance with paragraph 2.5 of chapter 9 of the Regasification Code.

  • Failure to unload

    This form is used to communicate the fact that an unload cannot be made as laid down in paragraph 2.1.1 of chapter 10 of the Regasification Code.

  • Failure to respect Acceptance deadline

    This form is used to communicate the fact that the Acceptance deadline for an unload cannot be respected as laid down in paragraph 2.2.2 of chapter 10 of the Regasification Code.

  • Acceptance of the tanker after the Acceptance deadline

    This form is used to request acceptance of the LNG tanker to be unloaded after the deadline set for Acceptance and by 24:00 on the Planned Arrival Date, as laid down in paragraph 1.5 of chapter 10 of the Regasification Code. This request is to be submitted no later than the day before the Planned Arrival Date.
