FORM - ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSACTIONS OF CAPACITY

A Storage Services Counterflow will be offered from Friday 09 February 2024, which provides the implicit allocation of space and withdrawal capacity associated with the Peak and/or Flat Modulation Services valid for the Thermal Storage Year 2024-2025. The service will be offered through short-term auctions, available on the PRISMA platform, weekly "working days" at 2.00 p.m., weekly "weekend" at 12.00 p.m., daily "day ahead" at 3.30 p.m.

Furthermore, we inform you that a Residual Gas in Stock Service will be offered on 13 February 2024. The service will be offered through the PRISMA platform valid for the Thermal Storage Year 2024-2025. This service will then be offered again in auctions on Tuesday 27 February, Tuesday 12 March and Tuesday 26 March.

The winter counterflow service is offered to Shippers as part of the usual short-term capacity booking procedures (weekly, weekend, daily only 3.30 PM auctions) via the PRISMA platform.

we inform you that in order to increase the flexibility of storage capacities, Snam makes available a new service 'Additional daily injection capacity', for the Thermal Year 2023-2024.

The new service allows to shippers to increase the injection capacities in the period July-September 2023 equal to the reduction of the injection capacities in the month of June 2023.

Regarding the monthly product, the auction will be carried out through the PRISMA platform on Tuesday 30 May 2023, dead-line at 16.00. On Wednesday 31 May 2023, closing at 16.00, the first weekly auction will be held, followed by further auctions, also available on the PRISMA platform.

With the aim of continuing to make available new storage services that are appreciated by our customers useful to promote the security of the system, a new Counterflow Service will be offered, through the short-term capacity auctions starting from the gas day 10th December 2022 and for the remaining days of December, giving to our clients the right to obtain an implicit allocation of space and withdrawal capacity associated with the Peak and/or Uniform Modulation Services valid for the Storage Thermal Year 2023-2024, according to the following detailed information.

We inform you that on 14th December 2022 we will offer through auction a Flat Modulation Service valid for the Thermal Year 2023-2024 considering unallocated capacities for multi-year services, according to the conditions referred to in ARERA Resolution 110/2022/R/gas. The volumes not assigned in this auction will be offered in subsequent auctions.

We inform you that on 26th January 2023 we will offer through auction a Flat Modulation Service valid for the Thermal Year 2023-2024 considering unallocated capacities for multi-year services, according to the conditions referred to in ARERA Resolution 110/2022/R/gas. Any volumes not assigned in this auction will be offered in subsequent auctions.

Finally, a new Counterflow Service will be offered, through the short-term capacity auctions starting from the gas day 11th March 2023 and until further notice, giving to our clients the right to obtain an implicit allocation associated with the Peak and/or Uniform Modulation Services valid for the Storage Thermal Year 2023-2024, according to the following detailed information.

STOGIT infomrs our clients that the offer of the current Winter Counterflow Service made available from 1st November ended successfully. Taking into account the particular appreciation showed by the market, the offer of this service will be extended until the gas day 9th December 2022.

Si informano gli Utenti che, in data 25 febbraio 2023, l’Unione Europea ha approvato il Regolamento 2023/427 che modifica il Regolamento (UE) 833/2014 adottando il decimo pacchetto di sanzioni nei confronti della Russia e introducendo, in particolare, ulteriori misure restrittive concernenti il settore Oil&Gas.

Pertanto, si invitano:
•gli Utenti che abbiano sottoscritto un Contratto di Stoccaggio a trasmettere la seguente modulistica possibilmente entro il termine del 24 marzo 2023, nonché
•gli Utenti che intendano sottoscrivere un nuovo Contratto Stoccaggio a trasmettere la seguente modulistica contestualmente alla presentazione dello stesso.
