Access to the new balancing regime

Users will be able to make use, through the web application “Portale Capacità”, the informations about the “Esposizione Potenziale del Sistema nei confronti dell’utente (EPSu)” and the “ Esposizione Massima del Sistema nei confronti dell’utente (MEPSu)”.
 

In order to support the Users a help desk service is available whose people are as follows:

The guarantees to cover the Balancing Contract should be delivered through swift message in compliance with the deadline foreseen by Snam Rete Gas Network Code at the following address:

In order to facilitate the management of the same it is required to send a copy via pec to the address gestione.crediti@pec.snam.it and snamretegas.contratti@pec.snamretegas.it by the issuing institute.

Besides, Snam Rete Gas informs that, in compliance with the dispositions described into the point 3 of resolution 15/2013/R/gas, the valorization of gas presented as guarantee, only for balancing guarantees value, will be implemented as follow.

Gas presented as guarantee
The gas presented as guarantee, starting from the second calendar day of each month, will be valued by the follow formula:

α* Pr + (1-α) * P MKT,t

where:

α : is the value defined at the article 6.1 of TIVG “TESTO INTEGRATO DELLE ATTIVITA’ DI VENDITA AL DETTAGLIO DI GAS NATURALE E GAS DIVERSI DA GAS NATURALE DISTRIBUITI A MEZZO DI RETI URBANE” in force from 1 st April 2012, as valued by Italian Authority for Electricity and Gas.This value is established equal to 0,8 as last update of the Italian Authority with Resolution n. 124/2013/R/Gas;
Pr : is the average, for every month, of the PB-GAS “Prezzi di Remunerazione” daily price of the previous month and is valued in Euro/Kwh rounded to two decimal places;
P MKT,t : is the average, in Euro/Kwh, of the OTC forward trimestral value, on hub TTF, recorded by ICIS-HEREN on the second foregoing month of the trimestral t, as described into the article 6.1 of TIVG.

  • 07. Gas Guarantee agreement proposal

    This is the facsimile of the agreement proposal with which request to Snam Rete Gas to reserve a quantity of gas like guarantee.

  • 01. Bank Guarantee (9-12 months validity)

    Facsimile of the bank guarantee text regarding the coverage of obligations deriving from the new balancing regime, valid from 9 to 12 months, submitted by the deadline of the Network Code

  • 02. Bank guarantee (18 months validity)

    Facsimile of the bank guarantee text regarding the coverage of obligations deriving from the new balancing regime, valid for 18 months, submitted by the deadline of the Network Code.

  • 03. Parent Company Guarantee (9-12 months validity)

    This is a facsimile of the letter, valid from 9 to 12 months, that the parent company of the tendering party, which holds the credit rating reported in Chapter 5 of the Network Code, must submit to express their commitment to cover the payment obligations in name and on behalf of the tendering party.

  • 04. Parent Company Guarantee (18 months validity)

    This is a facsimile of the letter, valid for 18 months, that the parent company of the tendering party, which holds the credit rating reported in Chapter 5 of the Network Code, must submit to express their commitment to cover the payment obligations in name and on behalf of the tendering party.

  • 05. Bank Guarantee extension letter / Parent Company Guarantee extension letter having 9-12 months validity

    This is a facsimile of the letter to extend the validity of the bank guarantee/ company letter of guarantee regarding the coverage of obligations deriving from the new balancing regime for the remaining period of Thermal Year. This letter can be used only for the extension of bank guarantees or company letters of guarantee with 9/12 months validity (01 and 03 annex).

  • 06. Bank Guarantee extension letter / Parent Company Guarantee extension letter having 18 months validity

    This is a facsimile of the letter to extend the validity of the bank guarantee/ company letter of guarantee regarding the coverage of obligations deriving from the new balancing regime for the next Thermal Year. This letter can be used only for the extension of bank guarantees or company letters of guarantee with 18 months validity (02 and 04 annex).

  • 07. Gas Guarantee agreement proposal

    This is the facsimile of the agreement proposal with which request to Snam Rete Gas to reserve a quantity of gas like guarantee.

  • 08. Increase Gas Guarantee Letter (letter for storage company)

    This is the facsimile of the letter with which communicate to the Storage Company the increase of the quantity of gas reserved to Snam Rete Gas like guarantee.

  • 09. Decrease Gas Guarantee Letter (letter for storage company)

    This is the facsimile of the letter with which communicate to the Storage Company the decrease of the quantity of gas reserved to Snam Rete Gas like guarantee.
