SUPPLY OF GAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION 165/2022/R/GAS

In accordance with Article 2 of the Ministerial Decree of 1 April 2022 and Articles 7 and 8 of resolution 165/2022/R/GAS, during the month of April Snam will supply, within the specific AGS section of the spot market organized by GME, the gas quantities needed for the functioning of the system (gas not accounted for, consumption, losses and "delta in-out" of the distribution companies) for the period November 2022 - March 2023 and to the management of the technical storage companies consumption for the current storage thermal year.

We inform you that, in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, Snam Rete Gas intends to proceed with the purchase of gas quantities whose offer conditions are shown below:

• AGS MGP-GAS (20/04/2022): purchase quantity equal to 634.368 MWh. (Trade date: 19/04/2022 - Delivery date: 20/04/2022)

These quantities will be offered along with the usual system gas supply for the next day or for the current day.

Any changes to the aforementioned program will be communicated in time to be able to participate to the related auctions.
