SUPPLY OF GAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DECREE 253 of 22 June 2022

Snam informs that, in compliance with the provisions of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, will supply the quantities of gas for injection into its storage infrastructures complementary to the quantities injected by market operators.

Pursuant to that, Snam will proceed with the purchase of quantities within the AGS sector of the spot market (AGS MI and AGS MGP) organized by GME, as better specified below:

• AGS MI-GAS (31 /08/2022) with offer submission date 31/08/2022 and gas delivery date 31/08/2022 for quantities up to 220,000 MWh/d
• AGS MGP-GAS (01 /09/2022) with offer submission date 31/08/2022 and gas delivery date 01/09/2022 for quantities up to 550,000 MWh/d

Taking into account scheduled maintenance, according to the availability of gas, the volumes of gas above mentioned could be reduced, down to zero.

These quantities will be offered together with the usual system gas supply for the next day or for the current day.
