Experimental phase of Edison Stoccaggio's resources use
We inform that starting from the Gas Day 23 April 2012 the experimental
phase of the use of Edison Stoccaggio's resouces will start, in the semplified balancing regime.
The experiment will take place from 23 April to 4 May, public holidays excluded.
Users who have a contract with both storage companies are invited to submit offers without indicating the operator which the offer refers to by using the platform made available by GME according to its ways of use
and in the respect of minimum and maximum limits obtained by summing minimum and maximum limits respectively calculated by every storage operator.
For such users, the Responsible for Balancing will allocate the market results according to a pro-quota criterium with respect to the Total System Imbalance on the basis of the Imblance of every single storage operator which is calculated as the difference between the metered volume and the overall renominations.
Proof of System
In compliance with Delibera ARG/gas 81/11, the Gas Balancing Responsible - working alongside with “Gestore dei Mercati Energetici” (GME) and the Gas Storage Operators (SSOs) - informs that the “Proof-of-System period” related to the new Balancing Discipline will begin in November 16, 2011 and will last for 10 continuing days.
Snam Rete Gas provides an Help-Desk service every day starting from 8.30am to 7:00pm through the following mail address: email@example.com
In order to allow Users of the Balancing service to familiarize with the new features introduced by ARG/gas resolution no. 45/11, as of 3 rd October 2011, Snam Rete Gas provides users with an application solution that comprises a subset of the new functions that will be available on the Snam Rete Gas systems when the new balancing regime becomes operative.
The system tests will be carried out, exclusively on the functions illustrated during the Workshop, for a period of three working weeks and will end on 21th October 2011.
The new functions will be accessible from the same points as those on the systems already used by the Users (SRG internet site, Altra Web and Capacity Portal).
During the test period, Snam Rete Gas provides a backup help desk service, which may be accessed as follows: - by calling 02/520.67904 Mondays to Fridays, 8.30-13.00 or 14.00-17.30 - by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
In view of the new natural gas balancing regime that is about to come into force, Snam Rete Gas and GME organized a meeting in order to provide operators with a description of the regulatory context, the changes made to the Network and Storage Codes, the new Gas Balancing Platform Regulation (PB-GAS) proposed by the GME and the functioning of the new platform, as well as the new functions available on the Snam Rete Gas and Stogit systems.
The meeting, the agenda of which is attached, took place in Milan on 20th September 2011:
