02. EU and non EU Infrastructure Request

This is the form for the Request for Access to the National Gas Pipeline Network to be submitted by entitled parties.

03.Self-certification for an EU Infrastructure with TPA Exemption

This is the declaration to be submitted by a party entitled to request booking capacity at Entry Points interconnected with an EU Infrastructure with TPA Exemption and must be sent with the Request for Access.

04. Self-certification for a non EU Infrastructure with Allocation Priority Rights

This is the declaration to be submitted by a party entitled to request capacity at Entry Points interconnected with a non EU Infrastructure with Allocation Priority Rights, to be sent with the Request for Access

05. Self-certification for Infrastructure without TPA Exemption or Allocation Priority Rights

This is the declaration to be submitted by a party entitled to request capacity at Entry Points interconnected with Infrastructure without TPA Exemption or Allocation Priority Rights, to be sent with the Request for Access

06. Self-certification for Residual Capacity of Infrastructure with TPA Exemption or Allocation Priority Rights

This is the declaration to be submitted by a party entitled to request residual capacity at Entry Points interconnected with Infrastructure with TPA Exemption or Allocation Priority Rights, to be sent with the Request for Access

07. Declaration by EU or non EU Infrastructure Constructor

This is the declaration to be submitted by the party constructing the Infrastructure, to be sent with the Request for Access

08. Request by a Regasification Terminal

This is the form for the Request for Access to the National Gas Pipeline Network by an entitled party

09. Self-certification by Regasification Terminal with TPA Exemption

This is the declaration by the party constructing the Regasification Terminal and which is entitled to request capacity at the Entry Point interconnected with the Terminal, to be sent with the Request by the Regasification Terminal

10. Self-certification by Regasification Terminal without TPA Exemption

This is the declaration by the party constructing the Regasification Terminal and which is entitled to request capacity at the Entry Point interconnected with the Terminal, to  be sent with the Request by the Regasification Terminal

11. Written Consent for Joint Application

This form is to be used when there is more than one requesting party and the Request for Access to the National Gas Pipeline Network is submitted by the Infrastructure constructor or one of the requesting parties.

12. Joint Application Letter

This is the form with which the Constructor of the Infrastructure or one of the requesting parties which has been granted power of attorney by the entitled parties submits the request for Access to the National Gas Pipeline Network

13. Information statement for the collection and processing of personal data

This is the information statement that Snam Rete Gas makes available to the requesting parties for the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

14. Delivery Receipt

It’s the only valid document for certification of date and time of receipt of the request.
