Day Ahead capacity booking
Starting from 1st April 2013 Snam Rete Gas gives to its Users the possibility to book daily transportation capacity at the Interconnection Points through the use of an online platform managed by the company PRISMA European Capacity Platform GmbH that communicates with Snam Rete Gas "Portale Capacità".
From 20th February 2013 it’s possible to register Companies on PRISMA platform, available at the link https://primary.prisma-capacity.eu/ and to choose Snam Rete Gas S.p.A. as Transmission System Operator (TSO).
In order to support the Users on the PRISMA platform and Capacity Portal use, a help desk service is available whose people are as follows:

The service is available every day from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:30.

Workshop
Snam Rete Gas in partnership with PRISMA has organized a workshop with the purpose to show the new capacity products offered, the modality of booking capacity and the main functionalities of the PRISMA platform.
