Launch of the Open Season Procedure of the 21 st September 2016: information as per paragraph 5.2 of Resolution ARG/Gas 2/10 of the Italian Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica il Gas e il Sistema Idrico and paragraph 8.3.1 of Chapter 5 of the Snam Rete Gas Network Code.

Snam Rete Gas announces that it has received a First Request for access to the National Gas Pipeline Network in accordance with Resolution ARG/Gas 2/10 of the Italian Autorità per l’E nergia Elettrica il Gas e il Sistema Idrico and with paragraph 8 of Chapter 5 of the Snam Rete Gas Network Code.

The information required under Article 5.2 of the above-mentioned Resolution and under paragraph 8.3.1 of Chapter 5 of the Network Code relating to the First Request, are listed in the following table:

(1) Transportation capacity that may be made available, with reference to the First Request if confirmed, according to the provisions of Article 5, section 1 of the decree of the 28 th April 2006, subject to the findings referred to in paragraph 8.3.3 of the Network Code.
(2) Transportation capacity corresponding to the amount of Residual Transportation Capacity of the EU and non-EU infrastructures.

 

In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Resolution ARG/Gas 2/10 of the Italian Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica il Gas e il Sistema Idrico and with Section 8.3 of Chapter 5 of the Network Code, Snam Rete Gas has launched, on the 21 st September 2016,  an Open Season procedure for the participation of all parties interested in submitting their access requests for transportation capacity at the Points that are subject of the First Request and/or at other existing or future Entry/Exit Points, interconnected with new infrastructures or with infrastructures to be upgraded.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of paragraph 8.3.2 of Chapter 5 of the Network Code the deadline for the submission of the Requests is the 21st October 2016.

    This is the declaration to be submitted by a party entitled to request booking capacity at Entry Points interconnected with an EU Infrastructure with TPA Exemption and must be sent with the Request for Access.

    This is the form for the Request for Access to the National Gas Pipeline Network by an entitled party

  • 09. Self-certification by Regasification Terminal with TPA Exemption

    This is the declaration by the party constructing the Regasification Terminal and which is entitled to request capacity at the Entry Point interconnected with the Terminal, to be sent with the Request by the Regasification Terminal

  • 10. Self-certification by Regasification Terminal without TPA Exemption

    This is the declaration by the party constructing the Regasification Terminal and which is entitled to request capacity at the Entry Point interconnected with the Terminal, to  be sent with the Request by the Regasification Terminal

  • 11. Written Consent for Joint Application

    This form is to be used when there is more than one requesting party and the Request for Access to the National Gas Pipeline Network is submitted by the Infrastructure constructor or one of the requesting parties.

  • 12. Joint Application Letter

    This is the form with which the Constructor of the Infrastructure or one of the requesting parties which has been granted power of attorney by the entitled parties submits the request for Access to the National Gas Pipeline Network

  • 13. Information statement for the collection and processing of personal data

    This is the information statement that Snam Rete Gas makes available to the requesting parties for the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

  • 14. Delivery Receipt

    It’s the only valid document for certification of date and time of receipt of the request.
