Allocation rules/ Pre-allocated balancing

The processes related to the Allocation Rules and Pre-Allocated will be managed in the ALLOCATION AND BALANCING section of the Jarvis system. The following features will be available:

Definition of allocation rules on shared points directly connected to the transport network

These features are addressed to the UdBs who for these types of points, through a negotiation scheme, choose and agree on an allocation rule that will be used to allocate the volumes of gas that will be delivered on these points. By configuring the Allocation and Balance section notifications under User Settings, the system will alert you when rules negotiations are opened on a particular point or when changes are made.

Management of pre-allocated shared direct points with Value rule

This section can be accessed by different types of companies (roles) for the insertion and management of the volumes of competence of individual UdBs that are available on the shared direct points whose allocation rule is the Value rule.

Generally the person responsible for entering the data is defined as an Enabled Subject and can be declined in:

  • End Users (plant owner of the point);
  • Allocator Agent (a subject chosen by the UdB, which can be an UdB among those present, or a third party company deputed to carry out the activity on behalf of the UdB).

Management of pre-allocated national Production Points shared by multiple UdBs.

Also for the management of these data, as for the direct points, the activity is necessary only for the shared points, the difference is that on the national Production points an allocation rule is not defined.

Data operations can be conducted by:

  • National Producer
  • Allocator Agent

Starting from the same day, the features mentioned above will no longer be usable in the M-Gas application, where it will be possible to consult only the previous data.

Guarantees

Within the GUARANTEES section of the Jarvis system it will be possible to view the cash deposits, classified by business type, issued by your company as a Bank Guarantee to cover the costs of Balancing, Transport, Regasification, and Storage.

JARVIS - multi-role introduction

Using a single user, it will also be possible to operate for those activities for which until now it was necessary to access different commercial platforms, each with a different access user. The introduction of roles allows users to be able to configure their habilitations in a tailored and differentiated way according to the expertise and organizational needs within their own company. In this way the user will have the advantage of having a simplified user experience.

Among the roles available there will be those that allow the user to diversify their operations as Shipper, Trader, Allocator Agent, End User or Distribution User.
