SNAM LAUNCHED THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE AND REGASIFICATION SURVEY 2021

Even this year, Snam aims to promote Stakeholder Engagement initiatives, useful to involve the company’s interlocutors, in order to pursue the continuous improvement in the quality of the services we provide.

In continuity with past years, the Customer Satisfaction survey has been proposed, with the aim of evaluating the next evolutions of commercial services offered for the transportation, storage and regasification businesses.
The data will be analyzed in accordance with the rules about privacy and without any explicit reference to your company.
The results of the survey will be published and then analyzed during the workshops planned in 2021.

The feedback of our customers is important to improve always more the dialogue and continuous comparison in order to increase and optimize the quality of our services.
