Termination and Activation/Riactivation

   

According to the provision stated into the Chapter 6 "Construction and management of delivery and redelivery points" of the Snam Rete Gas Network Code, here below it's published the Procedure for the management (a) of the Activation Requests in case of new Redelivery Points and (b) of the Termination/Reactivation of existing ones.

Snam Rete Gas published the related forms useful to complete the above mentioned requests, too.

Remember that all the requests of Activation, Termination and Reactivation of Snam Rete Gas Redelivery Points must be requested by Shippers using the Portale ServiRe. Consider that requests sent to Snam Rete Gas through other channels ( email, fax, etc.) will not be taken into account.

In order to access to Portale ServiRe Shipper must to sent the forms "Modulo_accesso_al_Portale_ServiRe" and "Autodichiarazione_-_Portale ServiRe" to Snam Rete Gas using the email gecon@snam.it .

Remember that to access to Portale ServiRe Shipper must fills in the information required in the on line form, too (clicking "Abilita" in the Business & Services section).
 

  

Operative Procedure for Termination and Activation/Reactivation of Redelivery Points (italian version)

  • Form for the termination request - Shipper_End Customer

    This is the form you'll have to attach to the termination request, through the funcionality of the DiARia web portal, in case of agreement between Shipper and End Customer referred to the common voluntee to interrupt the Transport Service for that Redelivery Point.

  • Form for the termination request_Distribution Company

    This is the form that is made available within the termination request, through the funcionality of the ServiRe web portal, in case of agreement between Shipper and the distribution company referred to the common voluntee to interrupt the Transport Service for that Redelivery Point.

      

  • Fac simile - activation - reactivation request form

    This is the form that Shipper must to send to SRG (email address gestione_contratti_pdr@snamretegas.it), only in case of a reactivation, with whom the End Customer declares that the works made on the portion of pipeline it manages have been carried out in compliance with the legislation in force.

  • Declaration of Conformity - Reactivation of Redelivery Point interconnected to an existing End Customer

    This is the form that the End Customer must fill out to request the reactivation of the Redelivery Point interconnected with it (where the name of the End Customer was the same as it was before closure).

  • Declaration of Conformity - Reactivation of Redelivery Point interconnected to a new End Customer

    This is the form that the End Customer must fill out to request the reactivation of the Redelivery Point interconnected with it (where the name of the End Customer was different as it was before closure).

  • Potential Risks Form

    This is the form to be sent to Snam Rete Gas consequently to the statements highlighted in the Declaration of Conformity.

  • Project data

    This is the form to send to Snam Rete Gas only if the End Customer declares (in its request for the reactivation) changes related to the pressures and flow rates.

Con decorrenza dal 1 gennaio 2015 sarà in vigore la deliberazione 40/2014/R/gas e s.m.i. dell'Autorità per l'energia elettrica il gas e il sistema idrico in materia di accertamenti documentali della sicurezza degli impianti di utenza a gas a valle dei Punti di Riconsegna della rete di trasporto direttamente interconnessi a Clienti Finali.

Ai sensi dell'Allegato A della citata deliberazione, ai fini dell'apertura/riapertura di un Punto di Riconsegna, nei casi previsti dalla medesima delibera sarà necessario l'accertamento documentale dell'impianto di utenza alimentato.

L'Utente, unitamente alle modalità operative già in atto sul portale ServiRe, dovrà trasmettere a Snam Rete Gas (alla casella di posta gestione_contratti_pdr@snamretegas.it, nelle more di un prossimo sviluppo informatico di ServiRe) il "Modulo per la richiesta di apertura/riapertura - Integrazione informativa per adempimenti ex deliberazione AEEGSI 40/2014/R/gas", seguendo peraltro le indicazioni di cui al modulo G/40 sotto riportato.

 

Di seguito si rende disponibile ai soggetti interessati la modulistica prevista dall'Allegato A alla deliberazione 40/2014/R/gas e s.m.i. dell'Autorità per l'energia elettrica il gas e il sistema idrico ai fini dell'accertamento documentale, qualora previsto dalla medesima deliberazione. A tal proposito, ai sensi dell'art. 2 comma 6 dell'Allegato A alla citata deliberazione, quanto disposto per l'impresa distributrice si applica integralmente all'impresa di trasporto .

  • Modulo per la richiesta di apertura/riapertura - Integrazione informativa per adempimenti ex deliberazione AEEGSI 40/2014/R/gas

    È il modulo che l'Utente del trasporto deve trasmettere tramite l'operatività del Portale Servire unitamente alle informazioni utili ai fini dell’apertura/riapertura di un Punto di Riconsegna interconnesso direttamente a Cliente Finale. In assenza di tale documento Snam Rete Gas non potrà dare seguito alla richiesta di apertura/riapertura.

  • Allegato F/40 alla deliberazione 40/2014/R/gas

    È il modulo che Snam Rete Gas trasmette richiedente allegandolo al preventivo per un nuovo allacciamento, ovvero all’Utente in caso di richiesta di riapertura di un Punto di Riconsegna, ovvero all'Utente in caso di richiesta di riapertura di un Punto di Riconsegna, che ripercorre la procedura in relazione all'accertamento documentale cui il titolare dell'impianto dovrà attenersi ai fini dell'apertura del Punto di Riconsegna interessato

  • Allegato G/40 alla deliberazione 40/2014/R/gas

    È il modulo che l'Utente del trasporto deve, direttamente o indirettamente, trasmettere al titolare dell'impianto in caso di apertura/riapertura di un Punto di Riconsegna.

  • Allegato H/40 alla deliberazione 40/2014/R/gas

    È il modulo che l'Utente del trasporto deve trasmettere, direttamente o indirettamente, al titolare dell'impianto compilato nelle parti di competenza e il titolare dell'impianto deve inviare completamente compilato e firmato a Snam Rete Gas utilizzando la casella di posta copmis@snamretegas.itai fini dell'accertamento documentale qualora previsto dalla delibera.

  • Allegato I/40 alla deliberazione 40/2014/R/gas

    È il modulo che l'Utente del trasporto deve trasmettere al titolare dell'impianto e il titolare dell'impianto deve trasmettereopportunamente compilato a cura dell'installatore a Snam Rete Gas utilizzando la casella di posta copmis@snamretegas.it e finalizzato all'accertamento documentale previsto
