  • Activation

    This is the form to be used for requesting the activation of gas quantities determination service through monthly update of gas quality parameters in the computer of the metering system.

  • Early termination

    This is the form to be used for requesting early termination the gas quantities determination service through monthly update of gas quality parameters in the computer of the metering system.

  • Charge

    This is the service charge applied to requests received by January 31, 2019.
